We are a passionate team of instructors, dedicated to supporting and inspiring you every step of the way on your wellness journey.
Our classes
Our classes are developed on the core principles of Pilates.
Enhanced with ChiBall® and stretch band exercises ensures your workouts remain safe, engaging and challenging.
To cater to changing energy levels during the week we provide classes with varying intensity levels.
The Core Pilates classes provide a medium to high intensity workout while the Balance Pilates classes take a more gentle approach and are most suitable for beginners or those returning after surgery or recovering from an injury.
Classes run every morning, except Saturday, and every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. We also offer a Men's only Pilates class every Friday at 9am and a Balance Pilates class at the Lansdowne Park Lifestyle Village every Tuesday at 9am.

Joining classes
Joining classes is easy and we like to keep things simple. Our two membership options allow you to attend any classes and are based on commitment or availability.
A ten trip pass is suitable for those only attending casually or once a week and the six week membership allows you to attend unlimited classes for six consectutive weeks, and can be put on hold if you are going to be absent from classes.
